Walking the trail:

  • Summary: Explore the rugged raw beauty of the Lake District in the central area known as Langdale Pikes. Starting at Grasmere (which avoids the busy Langdale valley) enjoy a challenging 14.5 mile hike over roughly 10 hours. Its a big walk but includes 12 wainwrights. A wild camp might be on the cards!!
